Your deviations were removed due to violation of one of the following policies:

An administrator has removed your deviation as being a violation of copyright.

Your submissions may not contain material or images which were not created entirely through your own effort; this means that you cannot simply collect photographs, artworks and other images, writings or scans from printed books/magazines and submit them to your account. You are not allowed to submit “reworked”, “edited” or otherwise “modified” material which you obtained from other sources.

This behavior is known as plagiarism, copyright infringement, or by the slang term of "ripping" and is an illegal behavior. Your submissions and all the material within it must have been created entirely by your own hand and through your own effort.

If you continue to violate our copyright policy your account may be suspended for a period of time or banned.

If you feel this removal was in error, or have questions regarding it, then please visit the deviantART Help Desk in order to submit a Copyright Violation Inquiry. Be certain to include the above link and title of your deviation in your inquiry for a prompt response.

Please do not reply to this note as it is an automated process and will not be answered and please do not bring these issues into the Forums or other areas of deviantART.

Thank you,

deviantART staff

Insane! :chainsaw: Instead of chasing real art thieves they attack you for moving into a new account. Did you contact the help desk?

I would contact the help desk. They must think your work is photomanips or paintovers for some reason.

did you let them know you are one and the same person? they jump the gun sometimes.

Official dA Mum!!!
:iconsimplyzippy:
that's crap. you went out of your way to explain that you'd switched accounts, which would explain the duplication of your own artworks, and yet they send you a notice for plagiarism while thousands of other half-wits scurry about dA with obviously-stolen pieces of art. BLAGH! :x I'm angry now.

hope everything works out in your favor.. Dresden Dolls are great, you have good taste.

..just click the fucking link. :strip:
:iconselfish-eden:
They must be going on a rampage or something! They deleted half of my gallery, too, and I know at least three others this has happened to.

The very existence of flamethrowers proves that some time, somewhere, someone said to themselves, "You know, I want to set those people over there on fire, but I'm just not close enough to get the job done...”

:iconfrexe:
Lol, Have you posted those same artworks on your current account?
Because some automated tracker, might have seen that they were the same, but didn't know that your old account was also you.

Either that, or some retard came on and thought it would be funny to label half your gallery as copies.
Either way, you should contact devArt, and explain it all to them, It should all be fixed up. :D

I've noticed lately, A lot of automated spammers are attacking devArt, A fake account is created, then it just sends out thousands of "notes" to random users saying stuff like "I love your work, Wanna work with my professional team?" Or something like "I love you, Come check out pictures of me on my website *URL*".
They then get banned of course.

It's immature, Little dickheads just like to think they can be famous by causing a small annoyance to like 5 people on the internet. Same with idiots deleting whole Wikipedia pages and writing "I'm god, this page sucks dog's balls"... It's just stupid.

Anyway, I wish you luck in your adventure. :)
And i hope I gave some sort of insight.
Oh, And have a great holiday!
